West Coast Customs has just uploaded a follow-up to the photo unveiling of Justin Bieber 's custom Rolls-Royce Wraith. Founder and CEO of West Coast Customs Ryan Friedlinghaus explains that the project was three years in the making and that Bieber originally attempted to buy the Rolls Royce 103EX Vision 100 prototype but was unable to as Rolls Royce would not sell the "undrivable" prototype.
